Terms and conditions for Referral program 

1. Referral Points for You:

Referral Rewards: For each successful referral, the existing customer will earn 20,000 points, equivalent to ₹100.

1.1 Eligibility for Points: Points are awarded only if the referred person purchases any of the weekly plans.

Point Usage: Earned points can be applied to regular orders or weekly plans.

2. Referral Points for Friend :

2.1 New Customer Rewards: Every new customer referred through the program will receive 10,000 points, equivalent to ₹50.

2.2 Point Usage: These points can be applied to regular food orders or weekly plans without any additional conditions.

3. Claiming Points:

3.1 Account Login: To claim and use points, customers must log in to their Hungry Moments account on the website.

3.2 Rewards Tracking: Customers can view their points on the "My Rewards" page and the "HM Cash Points" page in their account.

4. General Conditions:

4.1 No Cash Value: Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.2 Non-Transferable: Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the customer who earned them.

4.3 Expiration: The points will be valid for 2- month after that the points will expire.

5. Modifications and Termination:

5.1 Program Changes: Hungry Moments reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

5.2 Policy Updates: These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

6. Fraud and Abuse:

6.1 Monitoring: Hungry Moments reserves the right to monitor referral activities for any fraudulent behavior or abuse of the program.

6.2 Penalties: Any customer found engaging in fraudulent activities or abusing the referral program may be disqualified from the program and have their points forfeited.

7. Acceptance of Terms:

7.1 Agreement: By participating in the Hungry Moments Referral Program, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
