Notifying Pickup and delivery location
We will notify the pickup & delivery point(s) and the time of delivery
Collecting delivery boxes
Collect the delivery boxes from the notified Homemakers
Reach the Delivery location
Arrive at the customer's delivery location following the directions provided
Contacting the Customer
Contact the customer if required
Hand over the food boxes
As the customer arrives at the delivery point, check the order number and hand over the food box

Reaching Delivery zone
Arrive at the designated delivery points within the specified zone

Contacting the Customers & Wait for the Customers
Contact the customers in that zone
(maximum waiting time at every zone is 20 minutes)
Hand over the food boxes
As the customer arrives at the delivery point, check the order number and hand over the food box
