1. Qualification and Verification

  • Culinary Skills: Homemakers must possess proven culinary skills and expertise in preparing homemade meals.

  • Verification Process: Hungry Moments will conduct a verification process to ensure that homemaker candidates meet our standards for food safety, hygiene, and culinary proficiency.

2. Menu Planning and Preparation

  • Menu Creation: Homemakers have the flexibility to create menus based on their culinary expertise and preferences. However, final menus must be approved by Hungry Moments.

3. Food Quality and Hygiene

Hungry Moments emphasizes food safety and requires all homemakers to meet specific criteria

  • You must hold a current and valid FSSAI certificate for registration. This demonstrates your commitment to hygiene and food safety regulations. If you don't currently possess an FSSAI certificate, Hungry Moments can guide you through the application process and offer support throughout. Maintaining valid FSSAI registration and conforming to food safety guidelines is an ongoing requirement for continued partnership with Hungry Moments.

  • Ingredient Quality: Homemakers are responsible for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients of high quality in their food preparations.

  • Food Safety: Homemakers must adhere to strict food safety standards, including proper hygiene, sanitation, and safe food handling practices. All homemakers must adhere to strict food safety practices outlined by Hungry Moments, regardless of FSSAI certificate status

  • Hungry Moments will provide resources, support, and training materials to help you maintain food safety standards. Failure to comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, or customer communication guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or termination of your partnership with Hungry Moments.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances or issues with food quality raised by customers, Hungry Moments will work collaboratively with homemakers and customers to find a fair and reasonable solution.

4. Delivery and Presentation

  • Timely Delivery: Homemakers are expected to deliver meals on time and according to the agreed-upon schedule.

  • Presentation: The presentation of meals is crucial. Homemakers should ensure that meals are aesthetically pleasing, packaged securely, and labeled clearly.

5. Communication and Feedback

  • Communication with Customers: Homemakers may be required to communicate with customers for special requests or dietary preferences. Prompt and polite communication is essential.

  • Feedback: Homemakers are encouraged to provide feedback to Hungry Moments regarding customer preferences, popular dishes, and any challenges faced during the preparation and delivery process.

6. Compensation

  • Payment: Homemakers will receive compensation based on the number and type of meals prepared and delivered. Compensation details will be communicated individually.

  • Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed on day it self in some synecious it may take [1-2 WORKING DAYS] online payment or cash payment.

7. Order Management and Penalties

  • Order Cancellation:

    • Order Rejection After Placement: If an order is rejected immediately after being placed, despite the homemaker’s kitchen being available, the homemaker will bear 30% of the order value.

    • Order Rejection Close to Delivery: If an order is canceled less than 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time, the homemaker will be charged 50% of the order value.

    • Lack of Response to Order Acceptance: If the homemaker fails to confirm or respond to the order 2 hours before the scheduled delivery, 100% of the order value will be deducted.

  • Delayed Preparation: Delays exceeding 15 minutes from the scheduled preparation time will result in a ₹1 penalty for each additional minute.

8. Non-Disclosure Agreement

  • Confidentiality: Homemakers agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information of Hungry Moments, including recipes, processes, or customer data.

9. Termination

  • Mutual Agreement: Either party may terminate the engagement with a notice period to be agreed upon.

  • Non-Compliance: Hungry Moments reserves the right to terminate the engagement if a homemaker fails to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

  • Independent Contractor Status: Homemakers are considered independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, license, and other legal obligations.

3.1 Order Placement: Customers are required to schedule their orders at least 1 day before the desired delivery date and time. Orders can be placed online through our website 

3.2 Advance Notice: To ensure timely delivery, we recommend scheduling orders at least 6 hours before the desired delivery time. Orders placed within this timeframe may be subject to availability.

4. Delivery Timeframe:

4.1 Delivery Slots: Customers can choose from available delivery slots during the checkout process. Delivery slots are subject to availability and may vary based on location and demand.

3. Working Hours and Schedule:

  • Shift Work: Delivery Captain will work in shifts as per the schedule provided by Hungry Moments.

  • Additional Benefits: Hungry Moments may provide additional benefits such as Special rewards and insurance coverage to Full time Delivery Captains .

5. Code of Conduct:

  • Appearance and Attitude: Maintain a neat and tidy appearance, wear the company uniform with pride, and exhibit a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.

  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols while riding and handling food orders, ensuring both personal safety and the safety of the items being delivered.

6. Safety and Security Measures:

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Delivery Captain are responsible for the regular maintenance of their vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working condition for safe delivery operations.

  • Reporting: Report any issues or concerns regarding vehicle maintenance or safety to the company promptly.

  • Driving Helmet: Delivery Captain is responsible for maintaining Driving Helmet on every delivery. 

Customer Service Standards:

  • Excellent Service: Provide excellent customer service by delivering orders accurately and promptly, addressing customer queries or concerns courteously, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

8. Data Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and comply with data privacy laws, refraining from disclosing customer details for personal gain.

9. Termination and Disciplinary Actions:

  • Company Discretion: Hungry Moments reserves the right to terminate the services of Delivery Captain for violations of company policies, misconduct, or unsatisfactory performance.

10. Legal Compliance:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Delivery Captain are expected to comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing their employment, including labor laws and transportation regulations.

11. Dispute Resolution:

  • Mutual Discussion: Disputes between Delivery Captain and Hungry Moments will be resolved through mutual discussion, with escalation to higher authorities if necessary.

12. Acknowledgment and Agreement:

  • Acceptance: By accepting employment with Hungry Moments, Delivery Captain acknowledge receipt of these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them throughout the course of their employment.

  • What are the timings for ordering the food?
    You can place an order between 2 hours and up to 3 hours before the desired meal. This allows us to ensure the freshest ingredients and a timely delivery for your satisfaction. We strive to provide our customers with the convenience of planning their meals in advance while also accommodating those last-minute cravings .
  • How can I track the order?
    At Hungry moments, once you place a pre-order, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. While you track your order once the order got picked up by the delivery captain you will receive live track, rest assured that it will be delivered to you at the scheduled time. You can check the order track through your email, and at the my orders tab in Hungry moments Website you will find the "track order" button that you can click to check the status of your delivery. If you encounter any issues with your order, whether it's a delay or a specific request, you can easily reach out to us via email, chat, or phone call for assistance.   • Do I get any notification when the order reaches my location?
    Once your order reaches the proximity area, you will receive an email and a call from our delivery person, so you can easily track the status and arrival of your food. At Hungry moments, we prioritize clear communication and timely delivery to ensure that you can enjoy your meal at its freshest.
  • What is Hungry Moments?
    We take pride in being a dedicated food delivery company committed to connecting customers with home-cooked meals.   • If I am unable to accept the order despite prepayment, what will be the procedure?
    You will receive a notification when the order reaches your proximity area. If you are unable to accept the order within 30 minutes after receiving the email, you will receive a reminder call. If the order is not collected at that time, it will be canceled & the order will be donated to needy person on your name , and a refund will not be issued unless you inform us before the food is prepared (before 5-hours from delivery time).
  • How to register as Homemaker?
    You can register as a homemaker directly on our website. Simply visit the "Join as Homemaker" page and fill in all the necessary details on the form provided. Once you submit the form, our team will reach out to you within 3-4 days and schedule a visit to your home at your convenient time. During this visit, we will provide you with all the necessary details and information to get started with offering your food through Hungry moments. We value the diversity and authenticity of homemade food, and we look forward to welcoming you to our platform.

We maintain the highest standards of hygiene in our kitchen and our chefs always use hair caps while preparing your meals.   • How do I place an order with Hungry moments?
    To place an order with Hungry moments, start by choosing the category or kitchen then filter the kitchen or items according your location on our website/App. Then, select your desired dish and add it to your cart. Once you're ready, click on the check out to proceed. Fill in your basic details, including your full address, and continue to the next step. & choose the time slot if you are ordering before 3 hours or you can select the standard delivery time which will take 2-3 to deliver the food, You can pay using any of the payment gateways available on our website/App, but make sure not to close the tab until the payment is processed.
